Risk Prevention at Onet (Health-Safety)

Risk Prevention at Onet means adopting an integrated and responsible approach to risk prevention both within Onet and also in our external environment whether at our customers’ sites, public locations, or when our co-workers are traveling.

In October 2018, the 4th annual POP meeting was held in all the countries where the Group operates.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Quality of Life at Work Project

This approach must be a movement to improve working conditions, encourage employee engagement and improve the company’s performance. Onet has decided to make it a joint approach based on a diagnosis of the real work situations of its various roles.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

  • Deploying our operational standards for our workers through a dedicated mobile application,
  • Setting up training pathways to increase the skills of our employees,
  • Sharing a common management culture,
  • Contributing to the pride in belonging to the Group, its influence and the employability of its employees

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Diversity

The main measures undertaken in 2018 were :

  • The first participation in a virtual recruitment fair: Hello Handicap.
  • Raising managers’ awareness with OASIS diversity training and a specific diversity day as part of Onet University’s MCR courses.
  • Support for employees in the process of having disabilities assessed and maintaining employment.
  • The development of support for agency operational staff and the implementation of tools.
  • Active participation in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH) and the week in collaboration with Agefiph and the International Disability Day on 3 December.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Circular economy -
“Biogistic”, Onet’s 100% CSR responsible global cleaning solution

What is “Biogistic”?

“Biogistic” is the combination of:

  • biotechnological products, eco-labelled, without volatile organic compounds, no need for hazard pictograms, ultra-concentrated.
  • a controlled technical dilution solution, our patented mobile plant, the DILUMOB®, which makes it possible to meet the requirement for dilution as close as possible to the sites.
  • and an optimized logistical organization of the cleaning service from the purchase of the products at the start of the process to their use and then their recycling on site.

Our aim

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Circular economy -
Controlling Our Waste

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Energy Consumption and Responsible Transport

In 2018, the trend is to offer more and more clean vehicles at our customers’ sites, which corresponds to an increase of 206 clean vehicles.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Ethics and Compliance

These are significant governance challenges for Onet, which aims to be the reference in our sectors and to grow internationally.
We can see that the field of professional ethics is increasingly coming under the compliance framework.
An ethical approach, based on the company’s values, aims to create relationships of trust with its stakeholders and to prevent risks by encouraging compliance with the action principles.
The compliance policy, based on laws and regulations, aims to identify and assess risks in order to implement mitigation and monitoring measures through an internal control and risk management system.
